Getting Started

How do I set up my QuantumCals account?

After signup, log in and navigate to Settings > Company Profile to configure your lab details. Then add employees, set up accreditation details, and configure your certificate templates. Our onboarding team will guide you through this process.

What is the minimum requirement to use QuantumCals?

QuantumCals is browser-based and works on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). No software installation is required. A stable internet connection is recommended for optimal performance.

How long does setup take?

Basic setup typically takes 1–2 hours. Full configuration including certificate templates, accreditation details, and employee roles may take 1–2 days. Our support team provides guided onboarding for all new accounts.

Certificates & Calibration

How do I generate a NABL-compliant certificate?

Navigate to Jobs > Calibration Job > Finalize. The system will auto-generate a certificate based on your configured template. Certificates include auto-generated ULR numbers, digital signatures, and all required NABL fields.

Can I customize certificate templates?

Yes. Go to Settings > Certificate Templates. You can upload your header/footer images, configure fields, add your logo, and set your preferred format. The system supports Excel-based custom formats.

How does QR code verification work?

Every certificate gets a unique QR code. Clients scan it to verify authenticity on our secure verification portal. You can also use the public URL format: quantumcals.com/verify/{certificate-id}.

Cloud Storage & Microsoft

How do I connect my Microsoft 365 account?

Go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft 365. Enter your Microsoft tenant credentials, client ID, and client secret. Once authenticated, OneDrive folders will sync automatically for document storage.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your data in CSV/Excel format before cancellation. After account termination, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted per our data retention policy.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. We perform automated daily backups with 30-day retention. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in India with geographic redundancy.

Billing & Subscriptions

What subscription plans are available?

We offer flexible plans based on lab size and features required. Contact our sales team at marketing@quantumcals.com for a customized quote based on your number of users and required modules.

Can I change my plan mid-subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. Contact us to schedule a guided demo as part of your trial.
