• Microsoft 365 Integration: If you connect Microsoft 365 services, data is shared per your configuration and Microsoft's privacy terms.

• With Your Consent: In any other case, only with your explicit consent.

QuantumCals stores your data on secure cloud infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Automated daily backups with 30-day retention
• Disaster recovery with 99.9% uptime SLA

• Lab Records & Certificates: Retained per your configuration and applicable regulatory requirements (typically 5–7 years for NABL compliance).
• Billing Records: Retained for 7 years per financial regulations.
• Log Data: Retained for 12 months for security and debugging.

Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where legal obligations require longer retention.

QuantumCals is a B2B platform intended for professional laboratory use. Our services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by:
